Therapeutic Massage
A bespoke massage with broad and focused work on the soft tissues to ease pain and muscle tension while relieving stress and promoting relaxation. May include therapeutic techniques such as trigger point therapy, myofascial techniques, hot stones, acupressure and stretching.

Hot Stone Fusion Massage
A fusion of stones and hands, this is a flowing massage using natural volcanic stones to warm and relax the muscles and fascia of the body. This is a deeply relaxing and grounding treatment which can also be effective in chronic pain conditions.
